The product is refined by a special water-based resins,pigments and
fillers,additives and other materials, appropriate for the
protection, anticorrosion and decoration of the cold bending
forming, hot rolled or welding structure components.

Remove the oil and grease away from the old paint or original
paint. Apply HUATONG middle-coating baking paint and buff it with
600-800-sieve wet sand paper and then blow it dry. Otherwise, any
water content left in the pits would affect the quality of the

① Mixing Proportion: solid-colour paint : hardener★: thinner★=2: 1: 0.8~1 (★Make a proper thinner proportion according to different
② Spray Viscosity: 17S(spray-4 cups)/25℃
③ Dilution: Add in 20-50% thinner according to the temperature (For
local repairs, use the standard or quick-dry hardener or thinner;
for whole car coating, use the standard and slow-dry thinner
according to the termperature).
④ Hours of Use: approx. 6 hours at 25℃, (use 2K standard hardener);
⑤ Spray Pressure:4-5 Pa ;
⑥ Nozzle Diameter: gravity type 1.2~1.5mm

⑦ Spray Method: Apply 2-3 coats to get a 45~60μm;
⑧ Waiting Interval: Adjust spray intervals according to the
temperature. The interval takes 10-15 minutes at 20℃. After all
sprays, wait 15-20 minutes before baking.
⑨ Tool Cleanings: Clean the tools with the thinner shortly after
⑩ Drying Time: 8 hours at 25℃, air dry needs 3 days to get cured
completely, if baking at 80℃ for 30 minutes or baking at 70℃ for 45
minutes, then it needs 90 minutes to get cured completely.
(3) Reapply: For the treatment of small grains and sagging, buff
them with 2000-grit sand paper after they’re completely cured and
then polish them with polish wax.
Suitable for spraying to iron and steel surfaces and other high
temperature components under 200°C, with protective property as
well as resistance to heat and corrosion.
